Do you have a retail store?

We use multiple warehouses across USA to fulfill your orders, however we do not have a retail store yet.

I don't know which paint should I get. Can you recommend us anything?

OF course! Give us a call or if we don't answer leave us a message in the live chat or email us. We will respond to you with the best supplies for your paintings.

How can I track my order?

The easiest way is to send us a message via live chat, contact form or email with your order number and we will manually check where's your order.

How can I return or exchange a product?

To return or exchange a product, please contact us at info@artspices.com and we will assist you with the process.

Do you ship internationally?

The automated ordering system will not allow you to place an order with a shipping address outside of USA. However reach out to us and we will check if we can send a product to you.

What is your policy on product warranty and returns?

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
