Mr. Hobby Mr. Retarder Mild
Made in Japan, Mr. Color paints have been the legendary choice of modelers since their creation in the 1960s as the first specialized solvent-based color line on the market. Refined for more than half a century, this paint range delivers an unmatched range of colors, dense pigmentation, and a perfectly smooth, long-lasting finish.
About this product:
- Slows down drying – this specially formulated Japanese additive lets Mr. Color paint dry more slowly, making it easier to avoid hardened lumps or unevenness;
- A flawless brush finish – add approximately 10% of the additive to paint mixed in a separate dish, applying it in a single direction; brush marks smooth out naturally as it dries;
- Extra shine with an airbrush – used at roughly 20% concentration with an airbrush, it produces greater gloss and smoothness than a standard thinner;
- Compatibility – for higher dilution levels, use Mr. Color Thinner instead, so drying time doesn't become excessively long.
